1Does the price for a bus ticket include return journey?
Yes, a bus ticket is a return ticket. The price of a bus ticket is therefore for both the outward and return journey.
2I lost my ticket, what now?
When you board the bus, you must show your ticket to our driver. You can always find your ticket in your mailbox. Tip: make sure your phone is always charged.
3What happens to my bus ticket if the event is cancelled?
If the event is canceled due to government orders, we will refund the full purchase price of your bus ticket minus the booking costs to your account.
4I don't want to use my tickets. Can I still cancel my bus ticket free of charge and get my money back?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to cancel your bus ticket free of charge.
5The boarding points offered are not near me. What now?
Are you with a group of 10 people or more? Send an email to dutchgp@pouwvoer.nl. We would like to see if we can add the boarding point to the route.
6Will I receive my ticket by email after I have ordered it?
Yes, after paying for the bus ticket you will receive a confirmation by email. This email also contains the link with the bus ticket. It may take a few minutes before the confirmation email arrives in your mailbox. Always check your spam box. Have you not received an email? Please send an email to dutchgp@pouwvoer.nl.
7The amount has been debited from my account, but I have not received a ticket by email, what now?
It may take a few minutes before you receive the email. Also check your spam box. Have you not received anything yet? Please send an email to dutchgp@pouwvoer.nl. We will respond to your email as soon as possible to resolve the problem.
8Where can I find the departure times?
The departure times will be communicated to the main booker by email no later than two working days before departure. Have you not received an email on the Thursday before departure? Please check the spam box first. Then contact dutchgp@pouwvoer.nl.
9Can the bus tickets only be ordered online?
Yes, bus tickets can only be ordered online.
10Does the bus wait if people are a few minutes late?
No, the bus does not wait for people who are late. So make sure you are at your chosen boarding point on time.
11What should I do if the bus does not arrive at my boarding point on time?
The communicated boarding times are indicative times. The bus may arrive a few minutes earlier or later. Is the bus not yet there 15 minutes after the communicated time? Then you can contact Pouw events telephone number 030-76 51 249.
12Do I have enough time after the event to get to the bus on time?
Yes, we make sure you have enough time to get back to the coach. But watch out! The coach doesn't wait. So make sure that you are present at the coach at the agreed departure time at least 15 minutes before departure.
13I lost my stuff on the bus. Are there any found items?
Have you lost or forgotten things on the bus? Then you can visit ilost.nl from two working days after the trip. If your items are not there, please try again later. If they are not listed on Ilost after a week, then unfortunately it has not been found.
14What happens if there is not enough interest at my boarding point?
If there is not enough interest at your chosen boarding location, we reserve the right to offer you an alternative. The alternative boarding location will then be within a maximum radius of half an hour's drive from the location you specified.
15Until when can I order tickets?
The ticket shop closes at midnight on Sunday evening, August 20, 2023. Can't get tickets? Then keep an eye on the webshop from Tuesday, August 22, 2023.
16My main booker is not present. What now?
All information is shared with the email address known to us (email address of the main booker). Pouw Vervoer is not responsible for missing information if the main booker is not traveling.
17I have purchased a ticket, but would like to change boarding point. Is this possible?
Unfortunately, changing boarding locations is no longer administratively possible.
18Is the coach wheelchair accessible?
If you can walk a short distance, it is possible to place the wheelchair in the luggage hold. Pouw Vervoer is not responsible for any damage to the wheelchair.
19Mag ik bagage meenemen?
You can take luggage on the bus. This is entirely at your own risk. Between 9:30 AM and 7:30 PM the buses are not accessible and it is not possible to access your luggage.
