1Is the price for a bus ticket including the return trip?
Yes, a bus ticket is a round-trip ticket. The price of a bus ticket covers both the outbound and return journey.
2I have lost my ticket, what now?
When you board the bus, you need to show your ticket to our driver. You can always find your ticket in your inbox. Tip: make sure your phone is always charged.
3What happens to my bus ticket if the event is cancelled?
If the event is cancelled due to government orders, we will refund the full purchase amount of your bus ticket, minus the booking fees, to your account.
4I do not wish to use my tickets. Can I cancel my bus ticket free of charge and get a refund?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to cancel your bus ticket free of charge.
5The pick-up locations offered are not in my area. What now?
Are you in a group of 10 people or more? Then send an email to dutchgp@pouwvervoer.nl. We will gladly check if we can add the pick-up location to the route.
6Will I receive my ticket by email after I have ordered it?
Yes, after the payment for the bus ticket, you will receive a confirmation email. This email also contains the link to your bus ticket. It may take a few minutes for the confirmation email to arrive in your inbox. Always check your spam folder as well. If you have not received an email, please email dutchgp@pouwvervoer.nl.
7The amount has been deducted from my account, but I haven't received my ticket by email. What now?
It may take a few minutes for you to receive the email. Also, check your spam folder. If you still haven't received anything, please send an email to dutchgp@pouwvervoer.nl. We will respond as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
8Where can I find the departure times?
The departure times will be communicated to the main booker via email no later than two business days before departure. If you haven’t received an email by the Thursday before departure, first check your spam folder. Then contact dutchgp@pouwvervoer.nl.
9Are the bus tickets only available for online purchase?
Yes, bus tickets are only available for online purchase.
10Does the bus wait if people are a few minutes late?
No, the bus won't wait for latecomers. So make sure you're at your chosen departure point on time.
11What should I do if the bus is not on time at my pick-up location?
The communicated pick-up times are approximate. The bus may arrive a few minutes earlier or later. If the bus is not present 15 minutes after the communicated time, you can contact Pouw Events at the phone number 030-76 51 249.
12Will I have enough time to get to the bus on time after the race?
Yes, we ensure that you have enough time to get back to the coach. But be aware! The coach will not wait. So make sure you are at the coach at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
13I have lost my belongings on the bus. Are there any lost and found items?
Have you lost or forgotten your belongings on the bus? You can check ilost.nl starting from two business days after the trip. If your items are not listed, try again later. If they are still not listed after a week, unfortunately, they have not been found.
14What happens if there is not enough interest for my pick-up location?
If there is not enough interest at your chosen pick-up location, we reserve the right to offer you an alternative. The alternative pick-up location will be within a maximum 30-minute drive from the location you provided.
15Until when can I purchase tickets?
These are available in our shop until Thursday, August 22 at 10:00 AM. Please note: the available tickets are limited, once they're gone, they're gone.
16My main booker is not available. What now?
All information will be shared with the email address we have on file (the main booker's email address). Pouw Vervoer is not responsible for missing information if the main booker is not traveling.
17I have purchased a ticket, but I would like to change my pick-up location. Is this possible?
Unfortunately, changing the pick-up location is no longer administratively possible.
18Is the coach wheelchair accessible?
If you are able to walk a short distance, it is possible to place the wheelchair in the luggage compartment. Pouw Vervoer is not responsible for any damage to the wheelchair.
19Can I bring luggage?
You can bring luggage on the bus. This is entirely at your own risk. Between 09:30 AM and 07:30 PM, the buses are not accessible, and you will not be able to access your luggage. Check the event rules of the Dutch Grand Prix at https://dutchgp.com/ for an overview of what is and isn't allowed on the event grounds.
